Ive struggled with insomnia for years. From the first night I used Pzizz, Ive SLEPT. I may still wake up, but instead of staying awake for hours in the middle of the night, I drop back to sleep with no problem. This is lifechanging. Thank you!
Every-so-often when I cant sleep I download this app. It is the most approachable and down to earth sleep aid app that enables me to relax. Im not so sure how the personalization aspect of the app goes, and I have a feeling that there are more functions to the app than Im able to find. Parts of the design arent completely intuitive. The layout seems to have a language of its own. Perhaps its the "language of sleep"- hence, why I dont get it.
Great App - really good for power napping
the developers need to put more time into app.
Love this app. Phone can be in airplane mode all night and you can have the app running for an hour or all night if you want. Im sleeping much better and waking up with more energy since using this app.
When the guy talks every two minutes? Just give me some relaxing talk, shut up and play nice music, then gently wake me up.
This used to be really pricey, but still worth it thanks to a mix of techniques executed such that it doesnt come across as trippy/fake; and it works really well for most. Now, I cant believe its 100% free (real free, not trying to con with in-app purchases "free"), and still same quality. Thanks! And hope you can keep it working as phones and iOS update over the years, would hate to see this gem become a relic.
Ive used Pzizz for years even going back to when one had to generate the tracks on Mac/PC to then sync with iTunes. I use this every night and although some of the pattern of spoken phrases no longer seems to change like it once did, it does its intended job in about 10 mins.
Gotta reiterate a lot of the other reviewers. I cant say why it works so well, it just does. Most nights Id have difficulty calming my mind and going to sleep. Now when I turn on Pzizz 9 times in 10Im asleep within 5 minutes.
I have used Pzizz for years and it does wonders. It helps me fall asleep faster, which is awesome since my bodys natural bedtime is around 2 AM. Working a job where I sometimes have to be up at 5 AM makes this app a lifesaver.
The music is too loud, you cant hear what the guy is saying... Makes no sense to have the music louder than the words to the point that whats being said is inaudible. There are no settings to fix this other than turning up the volume really loud, but then its way too loud to fall asleep. How could you possibly overlook this? Horrible app until the music is made quieter than the spoken part.
It works like a charm! I cant explain it, and it might just be the placebo effect, but I wake up feeling so much more refreshed!
Best sleep app Ive ever used!
This is crazy effective and I am afraid its black magic ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
Not enough noticeable variations in each nights sleep tracks. Would love to hear new orders at least of noises. I turned the voice part off at this point but hopefully they fix it soon
I always have trouble turning my brain off enough for a midday nap but this does the trick
This new app really works for me! I was a fan of the older version, but now, they have added a brilliant power nap setting and much more options for customization. I just finished a nap and dont remember much because I had completely knocked out. The voice and music is just so soothing...
I dont know why this works, and the first time I tried, I did think it was annoying. But, now Im using it daily. This helps calm my mind midday, long enough to refocus and recharge. I work a lot of afternoon and evening shifts, so by the time I go to work Im already tired from my days chores. Ive never been a good napper, usually hitting snooze forever and waking up cranky. With this, I can know that 15-20 minutes is all I need and I can get right up and keep going. Thank you, thank you!!
I wanted to like this app. I really tried. I wanted it to work sooo badly! I almost fell asleep more than once but something keep waking me up. I then realized it was the BIRD noises. Birds as in daytime chirping. Nope. My brain is awake now for sure. Birds are not for the sleeping.
