It works. Power naps, yay!
I dont know why this works, and the first time I tried, I did think it was annoying. But, now Im using it daily. This helps calm my mind midday, long enough to refocus and recharge.
I work a lot of afternoon and evening shifts, so by the time I go to work Im already tired from my days chores. Ive never been a good napper, usually hitting snooze forever and waking up cranky. With this, I can know that 15-20 minutes is all I need and I can get right up and keep going. Thank you, thank you!!
