Very happy with this app!!

Ive used other sleep aid apps before and thought I could use a change up. Came across this app and havent been disappointed yet. Still new to the app (about 3 weeks in) but so far so good. I loved that it has sleep and nap options, something my other app did not have. And you can customize so many of the options like duration and alarm clocks. I probably had the best 60 minute nap of my life yesterday! And falling asleep comes with ease. Great for pregnancy if youre having trouble getting to sleep!!
